Dear Nomads
We have a few news items to bring to your attention, the first of which is around membership. Thank you to everyone who has completed their renewal. However (and sorry to bang on about it again), we still have 52 people who were Nomad members in 2017 that haven’t renewed their membership. The deadline to renew has now passed, so we will shortly be removing non-members from the strava group and email subscription lists. We would also kindly remind you that if you have not renewed your membership, you should not be attending club runs until you have. If it had simply slipped your mind, then please get your renewal done asap to keep the lovely Derek happy. Equally, if you plan not to renew, it would be great if you could let Derek know so that he doesn’t keep chasing you.
For all those that have renewed or are planning to, Adrian has a little message for you:
Sussex Nomads 40 years young.
As our club celebrates 40 years this year, when you join the club or renew your membership this year you will receive a free commemorative mug.
To collect yours, all you need do is contact either, Will in the Cuckfield / Haywards Heath area, Mark in Burgess Hill / Hassocks area, or Adrian in the Brighton area, to make your arrangement of collection.
Will Faas, willfaas@btinternet.com (m) 07711700094.

Next up, a message from Jason around club kit. Some of the pricing on the website is incorrect, so whilst he works on fixing this, if you are planning on purchasing kit, then please check with Jason and Kevin on the pricing before transferring any funds. Jason has set up a new email address for any club kit queries, so please send club kit questions to sussexnomadsclubkit@hotmail.com
