As hurtle into 2025 this Sundays Nomads ride will take us to Cadence Cafe, Litlington. I know there are several Nomads who are looking to bag the Rapha Festive 500 challenge and I hope this ride will help being over 50 miles ( Fast route ) and being relatively flat.
I have amended club routes that go via New Road from Ringmer and Glynde as the road surface on the descent past Glyndebourne Opera House is very poor and on a wet winters day would be risky.
I have also amended routes heading through Barcombe to avoid Church Lane ( between Barcombe village and Barcombe Cross ) for the same reasons.
With over 25 riders stating they will attend I have posted 2 fast routes to ensure groups do not join in the narrow lanes between Ripe and Berwick reducing the risk of an accident.
