With the Met Office forecasting more stormy and windy weather on another Sunday sadly I have taken the decision to cancel this Sundays club ride. The Met Office are forecasting winds of 39 – 43 mph in my opinion it would be too dangerous to ride in these conditions.
As this was the last proposed ride before Christmas I will wish all club members a very happy Christmas.
Weather allowing I am planning rides for Sunday 29th December and also on New Years day – please note the New Years day ride will be a 10am meet. More details to follow
The club maintains the view that it is up to individual riders what weather conditions they are happy to ride in. Club members who choose to ride this Sunday do so at their own risk and understanding this is not a club official ride.
